After the project is put into operation, the annual packaging capacity will be increased by 60,000 tons, the number of on-site operation personnel will be reduced by 60%, and the overall logistics efficiency will be improved by 50%, further consolidating Kumho Rili's leading position in the industry with an annual sales volume of over 3 billion RMB.
High-speed complete line: 11 25kg packaging lines converge in a centralized manner, with a single-line speed of 6 to 8 packages per minute, achieving 24-hour unmanned continuous operation.
Intelligent diversion: The industry's first visual automatic diversion system, which can identify products on 11 production lines in milliseconds and distribute them with zero errors.
Robot palletizing: Three groups of six-axis palletizing robots work in coordination, intelligently sorting, flexibly stacking, and automatically optimizing the stack shape.
Unmanned warehousing: AGV clusters seamlessly connect, finished product stacks are automatically transferred to vertical warehouses, and the entire process data is traceable.
The successful operation of this project marks that Kumho Rili has once again taken the lead in the field of "intelligent manufacturing + green logistics", setting a new benchmark for replicable and scalable intelligent packaging in the modified plastics industry.
